TRM Travian Map is released

TRM is an excel application, displays a bigger map (40x40) with detailed village info for a given Travian server, allowing you to view your villages' surroundings and study your neighbors and enemies.
With TRM,

• Village details with player name, alliance name, population, location info is displayed on the map with mouseover functionality.
• You can filter, group alliances or display villages with no alliances for easy targets.
• Different tribes can be viewed to decide whether to send attacks versus raids.
• Villages can be grouped or filtered by population. If you are looking for a particular village, type village name and TRM will display it on the map

TRM also helps you to create Farms Lists, you can easily add villages to your list visually, manage your Farms List and display your farms on the map.

You need to have Excel on your system and when you open up TRM, macros need to be enabled.

How To Use TRM

After you download the TRM.XLS file, the program will ask your Travian server and map location. It will download map data from Travian server and will create a 40x40 map around the location you have provided. Since map data is available only once a day on Travian servers you don't need to download new map file until the next day.
When you open up TRM, it calculates and notifies you if there is a new map info available on Travian server and asks if you would like to get new map info.

FAQ

1. How can I redraw the map

Simply click on Display Map button after you apply some filters or for any reason if you'd like redraw the map.

2. How can I see other map locations

Type new location on the upper left side of the map and click on Display Map, TRM will not get any new data since data is already downloaded and display new map in couple of seconds.

3. I am playing on multiple servers, how can use TRM

You have two options
a) Either change your server name and map location each time you open up TRM this will download map data from Travian server after each change

b) Copy TRM file as for each server, for example TRMs2.xls TRMs6fr.xls. And set up your server names and map locations accordingly. You can even have multiple files open at the same time.

4. How can I create farm list

Follow these steps
a) First click on Farm List Mode button
b) Choose the villages by clicking on them
c) Click on Add To My Farms List
Selected villages will be added to your Farms List

Just use the Village Attack Link to send your troops for raiding.
You can also keep some notes for your farms and save have many troops to send for each trip.
